Matali Crasset is an industrial designer by training. Her work was established in the 1990s as a rejection of pure form. It is conceived as a research in motion, made up of hypotheses rather than principles. It is inspired by eclectic worlds: from crafts to electronic music, from the textile industry to fair trade.
