Payment of the order is made online by credit card or Paypal or Apple Pay or Klarna payment account and is entirely secure. The entire transaction is encrypted and sent to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode.

The price invoiced and debited to the Customer is that indicated in the order confirmation. The order only becomes final once the price and associated costs have been paid in full.

PRODUITS BERGER reserves the right to suspend processing of the Customer's order and delivery of the Product(s) in the event of refusal to authorise payment by bank card or Paypal account or in the absence of full payment of the price.

ORDER DELIVERY

  • Preparation and dispatch of the order:

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 2 working days of validation. Delivery will be made within the maximum time announced by the carrier. Customers are informed that delivery times may be extended during busy periods, commercial offers or inventory periods, in which case they will be informed of this when they place their order.

An e-mail is systematically sent to the Customer to inform them of the dispatch of their order and the order tracking number. Customers can track the progress of their parcel by logging into their account on the maison-berger.co.uk website.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the parcel is made available or handed over to the Customer, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier.

  • Delivery service:

The maison-berger.co.uk website delivers only in United Kingdom.

Delivery costs £13 for delivery by DPD. Delivery is free from £59.

  • Late delivery:

In case of late delivery in relation to the maximum period mentioned above, the Customer may contact the Customer Service of MAISON BERGER PARIS to instruct it to execute and deliver the order within a reasonable additional period. If this deadline is not respected, the Customer will have the right to cancel the sale and ask for a refund of the price paid for the order.

  • No delivery:

If the parcel is returned to MAISON BERGER PARIS for a reason attributable to the Customer (unclaimed parcel, incorrect address, absence at the time of delivery), the Customer will be notified by e-mail. With the Customer's agreement, the parcel will be reshipped, the transport costs being at the expense of the Customer who will have to make a new payment to activate the return of the parcel.
